Our instructors are passionate about the mind and body changes you can achieve at the barre. Each instructor aims to create a sense of community and wellness in our studio neighborhoods that is paramount to the experience at Pink Barre. We have a sincere commitment for continuous improvement in our programming and are continuously updating and modifying your classes in order to help you achieve your goals and find strength in balance that is unique to the barre workout!
Barre Classic is our foundational class which incorporates elements of pilates, yoga, and isometric strengthening to create a long, lean, strong physique. Barre Classic provides intelligent formatting to sculpt and tone our clients' entire body all within a 55 minute class. Movements are precise and efficient and will bring muscles you didn't even know you had to fatigue, thus changing your body in as few as 10 classes. Our format is alignment based, high energy, social and musically driven. Our highly trained and caring instructors will challenge you to be your best and no two classes will be the same!
